Condition: Excellent condition, original Saks Fifth Avenue tags still attached. Some hanger pressure spots in the velvet noted around the waistband of the skirt, around the shoulders, and zipper. Small stain in inner lining not visible when worn (see photo). The skirt lining needs to be re-hemmed as the fabric has stretched a little with time and can peek out beyond the velvet hemline when worn, should be an easy fixation a tailor (see photo of the skirt laying flat for example).
